Tropicana completed installation of our 50 ft x 10 ft patio cover on August 11, 2021. The company did exactly what was promised and answered all our questions before we even got to ask them.The installers were fast, efficient, hard working crew who did nothing short of professional work. Outstanding job! The patio cover looks elegant and keeps the house much cooler than the 20 ft awning we had previously installed. I highly recommend this company.

Bill and his crew did an awesome job with my lake house. Completely custom roof extension down the entire side of the house and connected the bunkhouse as well. Even removed my existing railing on the deck and replaced it and added posts to hold the extension. They worked in freezing rain and came all the way from Kelowna to the Shuswap to do this project. Well done Bill & Co. Next spring it’s the car port!

Bill explained that the deck roof will be aluminum and will withstand rain and snow. As well as where it will attached to the house and the slope. He gave me an approximate date for construction based on current business conditions. He was very friendly. I felt that he gave me an honest opinion on what I should have installed over my deck. The quote was very reasonable.

Our new Tropicana awning is exactly what we wanted. The fabrication of the awning and the install are both excellent. The initial quote was accurate. The awning was installed on the date promised. The custom flashings were well done and I expect no leaking even though the awning comes off a nonstandard roofline. I must give Tropicana 5 stars all around - because they earned it.

Listening to the rain, watching the snowflakes gently fall on the roof and to see the shadows and patterns as the sun moves around gives us great pleasure.
